Position: Merchant Administration Agent
Location: Montreal, Quebec
As a part of our Operations team, your role will be to assist in all functions of the department, including merchant account set-ups, adjustment to merchant accounts, preparation and distribution of sales commission reports, support and research inquiries regarding the commission reports generated, and special projects. You will also be involved in providing support to our merchants via email, as per the business requirements.
You have a D.E.C. in Business Administration / Commerce or equivalent training coupled with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role. You are a team player and you are computer proficient. You are detail-oriented and can easily handle a high volume of work. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French. Previous experience in a banking or credit card processing environment is a definite asset.
