As a member of our Technical Operations team, you will deploy and maintain advanced electronic payment applications.
In addition, you will support our merchants and liaise with various internal departments regarding the integration, configuration, and troubleshooting of our proprietary software applications via telephone and email. You are familiar and comfortable working in a production environment, and are committed to producing high-quality work according to a predictable schedule.
You have a strong sense of urgency, you can easily handle a high volume of work and you are recognized as being responsible and reliable. You are able to work autonomously, while cooperating as part of a team. You have great problem-solving and analytic skills. You have strong leadership skills and work well under pressure managing multiple projects working with multiple technologies. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills in both French and English.
You have a University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent training, coupled with 10 strong years of experience in Internet or MIS support, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
You are available to work after hours in order to provide on call support.
