The INTERAC Online* service is a new payment alternative available through Moneris'
eSELECT plus®† eCommerce solution. Your customers can now pay for a transaction online using their online banking information. With the INTERAC Online payment option, as a merchant, you never see or store any confidential financial information. Significantly Reduces Chargebacks - Since every transaction made using the INTERAC Online service is authenticated by your customer's financial institution, potential "I didn't buy that" chargebacks are no longer a factor.**

* Merchants wishing to sign-up for INTERAC Online shall be subject to Moneris Solutions Corporation ("Moneris") standard credit and approval processes (the "Approval Processes"). Subject to the Approval Processes, Moneris' standard operating terms and conditions as set out in the Moneris standard form agreements shall apply to the processing services provided thereunder.
** Funds are guaranteed only if the merchant fulfills their responsibility and provides their customer with products and services that were purchased (for example, shipping the right product). Otherwise, a chargeback request may occur. At that point the merchant must provide the required transactional information within the allotted time frame. If the merchant does not comply within the allotted time frame they may be responsible for the chargeback and associated fees.
